Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
 - Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
 - Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
 - Support in training sessions including identifying Skill gaps to enhance employee skills and performance.
 - Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on workplace concerns.
 - Manage and oversee disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with labor laws.
 - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
 - Evaluate and improve organizational structures and job roles.
 - Support and advise on performance management and appraisal processes.
 - Develop and implement employee engagement and wellness programs.
 - Prepare HR-related reports and present recommendations to management.
 
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR role.
 - Strong knowledge of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.
 - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
 - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
