Senior Operations & Reporting Officer

What you will do:

  • Oversee operations, reporting, and reconciliations, ensuring all fund transactions are accurately captured in APX, Unit Master, and SAP
  • Ensure investment pricing and reconciliations align with our investment policies
  • Act as a key liaison with Finance, handling financial matters, reconciliations, and tax-related issues
  • Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all operational processes

We require you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in fund accounting or investment management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • CPA designation.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
