Key Responsibilities

  •  Laboratory quality audit score of ≥85%
  • Daily IQC score of at least 90% of each test run
  • Proficiency testing/EQA/interlaboratory comparison score ≥70%- quarterly
  • Document CAPA on all non-conformities
  • 100% compliance to all SOPs
  • 100% reporting of critical values-monthly
  • Monthly stock take report
  • Ensure variance rate of < 1%
  • Ensure expired stock of <1%
  • Monthly submission of MOH reportsse enter job description
