General Accountant

  • To support the Finance Department by handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, assisting with financial reporting, and contributing to compliance and audit readiness for the company.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s financial accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Organize the preparation and execution of the annual financial budget, and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Submit financial reports and necessary financial analyses to the headquarters on time, ensuring that the reports are reliable and accurate.
  • Analyze and review the company’s financial income and expenditure, as well as budget performance; provide financial forecasts as required.
  • Assist with audit-related work.
  • Maintain and update general ledger and financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flows and assist in budget preparation and expenditure tracking.
  • Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in financial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA II or higher (CPA III preferred).
  • 3–4 years’ hands-on experience in a busy accounting environment.
  • Proficient in accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Key Competencies:
