Role Overview

We are seeking a Grant and Funding Manager to lead the development and implementation of funding strategies that support impactful programs. In this role, you will identify funding opportunities, craft compelling grant proposals, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive grants and fundraising strategy to support organizational goals.
  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential funding opportunities from donors, foundations, governments, and partners.
  • Prepare high-quality grant proposals, applications, and concept notes tailored to donor priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor grant performance, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align funding opportunities with organizational priorities and project needs.
  • Track donor trends, funding landscapes, and opportunities to diversify income streams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in grant writing, fundraising, and donor management.
  • Strong understanding of donor compliance, funding mechanisms, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
