Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps & Cybersecurity Engineer to support the deployment, security, and reliability of our AI-driven platforms and internal applications.
This hybrid role combines DevOps responsibilities with cybersecurity oversight, ensuring our systems are scalable, automated, and compliant with established security standards.

The ideal candidate will manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments while ensuring the security, governance, and compliance of all services.

Key DevOps Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and full-stack applications.
  • Manage Docker environments and container orchestration.
  • Deploy, configure, and operate infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, IAM).
  • Create and maintain deployment and automation workflows using YAML.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth and secure deployments.

Cybersecurity Responsibilities

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
  • Implement, maintain, and enforce best practices aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
  • Secure CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and infrastructure configurations.
  • Review and harden Docker containers and cloud environments.
  • Monitor systems for suspicious activity, threats, and security incidents.
  • Develop and maintain security guidelines, incident response procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure cloud security, access control, and data protection policies meet international security and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or cybersecurity experience.
  • Strong experience with Docker, containerization, and deployment workflows.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services and security best practices.
  • Experience writing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and configurations using YAML.
  • Understanding of IAM, networking, Linux administration, cloud security, and architecture.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanners, SIEM tools, and penetration testing.
  • Working knowledge of compliance requirements for ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and SOC 2.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers and AI engineers to maintain a secure, stable environment.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications such as AWS Security, CEH, OSCP, ISO-related certifications, or DevOps certifications.
  • Experience with Kubernetes or advanced AWS tooling (EKS, Fargate).
  • Experience securing AI/ML pipelines, model endpoints, or multi-agent systems.
  • Experience preparing or supporting audits for ISO or SOC compliance.
