  • Our client, a leading social enterprise, is seeking a Head of Finance & Procurement to lead financial strategy, sustainability, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role for a visionary finance leader who can balance strategic foresight with hands-on execution designing systems that drive transparency, efficiency, and long-term growth.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Build integrated financial models and procurement systems to support scale and impact
  • Strengthen financial planning, reporting, and risk management across the organization
  •  Lead budgeting, cost optimization, and compliance for both philanthropic and enterprise revenue streams
  • Mentor teams and foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making

Here are the ideal qualities of the candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; CPA-K/ACCA required.
  • 8–10 years in finance, including 4+ years in leadership.
  • Proven track record in financial compliance and financial systems design preferably in nonprofit or social enterprise settings.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution, integrity, and a passion for impact-driven finance.
