Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience managing residential estates or gated communities.
  • Good knowledge of Kenyan property laws and service charge management.
  • Experience supervising security, cleaners, gardeners, and maintenance teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, Organization, and report writing skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Word & Excel). High level of integrity and professionalism
