At SOLVO GLOBAL SAS, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for our office in Nairobi, Kenya. The Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection of personnel

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networks, and specialized platforms.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and level of interest.
  • Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates.
