Role Purpose:

  • To provide administrative, logistical, and clerical support to ensure efficient Secretariat operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office operations and record management
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, programs, and events
  • Manage correspondence and document filing systems
  • Support Board and committee meeting coordination
  • Serve as first contact point for member and stakeholder inquiries
  • Maintain institutional documentation and archives

Strategic Contribution

  •  Ensures institutional stability and operational efficiency
