Fitness Coach

Basic job summary: 

  • To implement regular fitness programs/initiatives based on the fitness assessments needs, by providing solutions to staff and faculty who are not able to improve mobility for various reasons. To implement proper ergonomics practices at individual workstations, this includes regular stretches and breaks.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Increased uptake of physical fitness activities
  • Training programs for groups and individuals, both virtual and physical.
  • Program management (open files) for individuals and personalized attention

Minimum Academic Qualifications: 

  • Academic – Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, 
  • Professional – Fitness Trainer or physiotherapy

Experience:

  • At least three- five years’ experience, Personal fitness instructor 
  • Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation fitness 
  • Ergonomics training
