This is a senior leadership  position

  • The holder must be a perfectionist in Italian Cuisine
  • Must have International )global)experience with Italian Cuisine
  • Must have Leadership skills in his DNA 
  • Ability to coordinate numerous kitchens at the same time
  • Menu development
  • Staff training and development within the kitchen set up
  • Quality assurance and management of food including interacting with guests and solving any issues which may crop up
  • Responsible for orienting, training and coaching and evaluation of new kitchen staff
  • Ensuring that the (HACCP) is adhered to on a daily basis by all members of staff.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in overseeing large production and execution kitchens with over 300 staff members

Qualifications

  • Degree or a diploma in culinary arts
  • Over 3 years experience in a similar or related position
  • Must have proper knowledge of Italian Cuisine
  • Must have Leadership character in his DNA
