We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Operations Administrator to join our team.

Job Description:

As the HR & Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring smooth functioning of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Managing employee records, including maintaining accurate employee data, updating information, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assisting with employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
  • Coordinating employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee progress.
  • Supporting HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and employee recognition programs.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accurate records of employee time and attendance.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Assisting with the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR administrator, HR assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
