Architectural Technician

  • Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create precise and accurate architectural plans.
  • Contribute to the design process by providing technical expertise and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Assist in project management tasks and coordination with contractors and consultants. 
  • Assist in Design Development: Work closely with senior designers to contribute to developing design concepts and presentations. 
  • Material and Product Research: Support the design team in researching and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and new product releases.
  •  Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks, including organizing project files, creating design documentation, and managing project schedules. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and samples.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with senior designers in client meetings to understand requirements and preferences. Help maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
  • Project Coordination: Aid in the coordination of project activities, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring projects stay within budget.
