Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry is a must.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
