Individual Competencies - Education & soft skills

  • Diploma or Certificate in Food Production and Culinary skills.
  • Great knowledge in food production & presentation.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and team oriented.
  • Creative with hands on supervision.
  • Strong ability to multitask, delegate & follow up.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years working experience in the similar position in a reputable 4 or 5 star Property.
  • Age bracket of 28 - 48 yrs
