Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Writer at Tracom Services Limited located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Technical Writer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating technical documentation, writing manuals, and producing high-quality technical content. The role requires strong skills in technical communication and technical writing.

Qualifications

  • Technical Communication and Technical Writing skills
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and manuals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools and software
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
