Responsibilities as the CEO:

As Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's company.  Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Communicate agency vision and strategy regularly; engaging with staff across the markets to ensure understanding of strategic direction and current performance
  • Develop annual plans with immediate leadership team ensuring clarity and accountability for deliverable
  • Establish strong client relationships and rapport with senior client stakeholders
  • Continually explore and assess new opportunities to accelerate growth and enhance profitability
  • Ensure that key capabilities for the delivery of business plans are developed and appropriately deployed across the markets reflecting client requirements
  • Lead performance management process, ensuring that the performance objectives of the leadership team and their direct reports are aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives
  • Drive organisational transformation and change initiatives
  • Enable a culture of openness, creating an organisation environment that fosters genuine collaboration across the markets
  • Oversight and review of all monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets of the Company

Requirements:

  • The ideal Chief Executive Officer will bring a wealth of C-Suite/Executive leadership experience, having managed an organisation of 150+ people. 
  • A proven track record in strategic planning and execution, as well as driving successful organisational change.
  • P&L management experience will be crucial in this role, along with your ability to align the organisation and build partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manoeuvre through complex situations, anticipate problems, and plan accordingly will be highly valued.
