Objective:

  • Develop a comprehensive toolkit to guide aspiring student leaders through successful campaigning and implementing streamlined social accountability processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile resources and information necessary for aspiring leaders to campaign effectively.
  • Outline step-by-step guidance on utilizing social accountability processes for responsive leadership.
  • Ensure toolkit is accessible and prominently displayed on the student union website.
  • Update toolkit with current best practices and feedback from student leaders.

Deliverables:

  • Complete Student Leader Tracker Tool Kit available online.
  • Clear documentation of social accountability processes and leadership guidance.
  • Periodic updates and improvements based on user feedback and emerging trends

Qualifications:

  • Experience in student leadership or involvement in student organizations.
  • Knowledge of campaign strategies and processes in educational seings.
  • Ability to compile and organize information into accessible resources for aspiring leaders.
  • Familiarity with social accountability mechanisms and their application in student governance.
  • Strong writing and communication skills to create clear and instructional content.
  • Previous experience in developing educational resources or toolkits is beneficial.
