Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and assist in data entry and process documentation related to PVC pipes manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn about PVC pipe production and its associated processes.

Responsibilities:

  •  Perform accurate and efficient data entry of various production-related information into digital databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to PVC pipe manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and update process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Monitoring quality control procedures to ensure pipes meet the required standards.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed reports, charts, and graphs to illustrate process trends and performance metrics.
  • Participate in on-site observations and discussions with production personnel to understand and document the step-by-step processes involved in PVC pipe manufacturing.
  • Support the identification of process improvement opportunities and suggest potential enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity while adhering to established data entry and documentation protocols.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate or waiting to graduate in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related field.
  • Should be conversant  with ISO requirements for PVC Pipes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
