Big Square is a casual dining, Kenyan restaurant founded in 2012. The first restaurant was first opened at Karen Square which later closed down allowing expansion into 11 branches in Nairobi (10) and Mombasa (1).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in a hospitality-related course.
  • Experience with Restaurant ERP Systems (POS/GAAP).
  • A good understanding of administration work.
  • Food production-related course qualification will be a plus.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Word/Excel)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate entire restaurant (BOH & FOH) for customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales & profitability by upholding controls and procedures.
  • Enforce product quality through spot checks and supervision.
  • Responsible for occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Assist in staff training for operating standards & positive work environment.
  • Constantly monitor service speed and guest satisfaction during service times.
