Job Description: 

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated English Language Trainers to join our dynamic team at Newbridge Language Connect or NLC in short, which is the company’s language training unit. As an English Language Trainer at NLC, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower learners to achieve proficiency and fluency in the English language. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and deliver dynamic and interactive English language training sessions tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of learners. 
  • Create engaging lesson plans, learning materials, and activities that promote language acquisition and skill development. 
  • Provide personalized feedback and support to learners to enhance their language proficiency and confidence. 
  • Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, technology-enhanced learning tools, and multimedia resources to create immersive learning experiences. 
  • Assess learner progress through regular evaluations and adapt teaching strategies as needed to optimize learning outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify training needs and develop customized language programs. 
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in language teaching and incorporate them into teaching methodologies. 

Requirements: 

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English. 
  • Proven experience in teaching English as a second language to diverse learner groups, preferably in a professional or academic setting. 
  • Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories, teaching methodologies, and pedagogical approaches. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement. 
  • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for language instruction. 
  • English Teaching certification such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent is highly desirable. 
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
