Environment Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily office maintenance; 
  • Receiving and dispatching Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental Audits (EA) Reports; 
  • Notification of EIA reports due for reviewing and processing of licenses; 
  • Receiving and dispatching applications for various Licenses being processed by NEMA; 
  • Receiving and dispatching office mails; 
  • Assisting in compiling and summarizing of field reports; 
  • Registry maintenance;
  • Assisting in field data collection, compilation and analysis when required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any of the following field; Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Natural Science or any other relevant field from a recognized inst.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
