PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Education and soft skills:

  • A Diploma or Certificate in food production
  • A good understanding of HACCP processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork-oriented and outstanding leadership skills

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years working experience in the same position  as indicated above, in a 4 to 5-star hotel.
  • Age bracket 28 - 45yrs
