Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced personal assistant who will play a crucial role in providing administrative and personal support to executives and recruitment team, helping them manage their schedules, tasks, and personal affairs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and recruitment team.
  • Manage social media accounts and assist in public relations efforts.
  • Coordinate logistics for recruitment events and meetings.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and functions.
  • Maintaining and organizing files, records, and databases.
  • Acting as a point of contact between the employer and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Office administration or secretarial studies certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Team.
  • Excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • High accuracy in managing documents and communications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Efficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
