Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Working with the CEO to develop and implement strategies to promote the sale of fully serviced land parcels at Tilisi to third party developers.
- Marketing Liaison: Work with the Head of Marketing to define marketing strategies that promote land sales.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from developing leads, converting leads, finalizing terms of sale, through to lease registration, including managing the payment process.
- Negotiations: Negotiate commercial terms with potential clients.
- Documentation: Prepare initial Heads of Terms for potential clients and review documentation related to the sales process.
- Legal Coordination: Lead meetings with our lawyers regarding sales documentation.
- Handover Process: Manage the handover process of sold land to buyers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships with current and prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years'+ prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
