Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and order statuses.
  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role within an e-commerce company is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and e-commerce platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
