Job Requirement

  • Has served satisfactorily as an advocate of High Court of Kenya for at least five (5) years.
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution.
  • Post-graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Government.
  • Demonstrated Professional competence in work Performance and results.
  • Must demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess a valid practicing certificate.

Job Description

  • Assist the Director in the implementation of the functions of the directorate
  • Liaising with County Sectors and departments on Litigation matters.
  • liaising with above sectors especially on offering instructions and witnesses.
  • Preparing and instituting matters in court on behalf of the County
  • Handling court matters on behalf of the County
  • Ensuring that the Civil registry is well organized and records are updated.
  • Perform any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
