Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Officer (Real Estate) The CRM Officer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing data, implementing sales strategies, and overseeing project management in the real estate sector in Nairobi County.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Project Management capabilities
  • Exoerince using ZOHO Software.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • Sales skills
  • Experience in Real Estate industry is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications Ein CRM or Project Management
