Tasks
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights into market conditions, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
- Analyze consumer demographics, preferences, and behaviors to help develop marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and sales to provide data-driven insights.
- Design and implement research methodologies.
- Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research techniques and data interpretation.
- Defining the scope and viability of new projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Market Research Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong knowledge of statistical tools and methodologies
- Experience in the construction Industry.Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiar with the Kenyan construction market
- Well versed with global trends in the construction industry.
- Willingness to support in other fields during establishment of Business.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced worksite environment.
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili (Spoken, Written)
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read schedules and scheduling cures/reports.
- Entrepreneurship attitude to be essential part of a Business Development
- Willingness for continuous learning, advancement of technical knowledge and transfer of expertise from STRABAG worldwide to STRABAG Kenya
