Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Team Leader to join our team in the garment manufacturing industry. As the Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production staff to meet the company’s production targets.

  • Minimum Experience: Degree or diploma in any field.
  • Experience Level: Entry Level
  • Experience length: 2 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers in a garment manufacturing environment.
  • Assign tasks to team members and ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are met at every stage of production.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

  • Proven experience as a team leader in the garment manufacturing industry.
  • Degree or diploma in any field.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good understanding of garment production processes and quality standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
