As a Tours Consultant, you’ll create personalized itineraries, manage bookings, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure seamless and enjoyable journeys for our clients, all while promoting responsible tourism.
As a Tour Consultant, you'll be pivotal in driving growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation for clients on holiday options, ensuring personalized service for bookings.
  • Sell itineraries for both inbound and outbound travel, catering to diverse client preferences.
  • Effectively manage corporate travel needs, providing tailored solutions for business clients.
  • Coordinate transfers, hotel bookings, and car hire services to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Plan and sell events for corporate travel, including meetings, conferences, and teambuilding activities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for effective reporting and presentations.
  • Collaborate as a team player, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in the travel and tours industry, showcasing effective client management and exceptional service delivery.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and corporate partners.
  • Ability to assess client needs and craft tailored travel solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, leveraging technology for efficient operations and reporting.
