About the Role:

  • As an Entry-Level Direct Sales Representative, you will join our dynamic sales team, focusing designated areas. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential clients, and promoting our services directly to businesses. This position is ideal for self-starters who enjoy face-to-face interactions and have a keen interest in building relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and approach potential business clients within designated zones
  • Conduct market research to pinpoint key decision-makers and industry trends within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain a list of prospective clients through a combination of on-ground and digital research.

Sales Outreach & Client Engagement:

  • Actively approach, and engage with potential customers to introduce and pitch the company's services.
  • Respond to client questions, offer clarifications, and provide additional information as needed to build trust and interest.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's services, advantages, and relevant selling points.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of services, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.

Target Achievement & Performance Tracking:

  • Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Track daily sales activities

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with other sales team members and marketing staff during team-based events or larger-scale market storms.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:  Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities, with a knack for identifying and responding to client needs.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and principles.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable with working in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain motivation in the field.
