As the Executive Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the CEO's safety, comfort, and timely arrival at various destinations.
Your key duties will include:
- Safely transporting the CEO to and from appointments, meetings, and events.
- Planning and optimizing travel routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the CEO's vehicle.
- Assisting the CEO with loading and unloading luggage and other items as needed.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations and ensuring the CEO's compliance with safety protocols.
- Report any instance of mishap or accident, injury or damage of the vehicle.
- Dress professionally and in accordance with company’s dress code.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments.
- Maintain awareness of current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports, adjusting routes as necessary to avoid delays.
- Perform any other duties/ responsibilities assigned by the CEO including picking up and delivering items as directed and running errands.
- Log official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, greasing etc.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management.
- Ensure minor repairs are done and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle is maintained inside and outside.
- Ensure appropriate steps are taken in case of involvement in accident or other traffic related incidents.
Requirements
- Diploma in any field of study is highly preferred.
- Valid driving license, and impeccable driving skills and a commitment to safety.
- Computer proficiency
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as executive driver in similar position preferably for senior executives or VIPs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and on weekends as needed.
