Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Security Executive. As the Security Executive, you will be responsible for conducting intelligence analysis, and HUMINT (Human Intelligence) activities. Your day-to-day tasks will involve utilizing your analytical skills to gather and interpret information, conducting research, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intelligence Gathering: Collect information from various sources, including human intelligence, signals intelligence, imagery intelligence and open-source intelligence. This may involve surveillance, interviews, monitoring communications, and analyzing satellite imagery.
- Analysis: Assess the gathered information to identify patterns, trends, and potential internal and external security threats. Analyze the credibility and reliability of sources and information to produce accurate assessments.
- Threat Assessment: Evaluate the potential impact of security threats on organizational objectives, or specific missions. Provide timely and insightful threat assessments to support decision-making processes.
- Risk Management: Identify vulnerabilities and risks within the organization or target area. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance security measures.
- Counterintelligence: Identify and counter espionage, sabotage, and other hostile activities directed against the organization. Conduct investigations into security breaches and unauthorized disclosures of classified information.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other intelligence agencies, law enforcement, military units, and government departments to share information and coordinate intelligence operations. Build partnerships with international counterparts to enhance intelligence-sharing efforts.
- Reporting: Prepare concise and informative intelligence reports for internal stakeholders and Present findings and recommendations in briefings, meetings, and written reports.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize advanced technology and analytical tools to enhance intelligence collection and analysis capabilities. Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in the field of intelligence.
- Security Clearance: Maintain a high level of security clearance and adhere to strict protocols for handling classified information. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Training and Development: Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities. Stay informed about geopolitical developments, security threats, and intelligence methodologies.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Intelligence Analysis,and HUMINT experience
- Strong research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Understanding of security protocols and procedures
- Experience in the field of intelligence or military is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
