RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop solar energy products, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting systems.
  • Conduct research and experimentation to improve the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of solar energy technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
  • Perform testing and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with manufacturing equipment and solar energy systems, providing timely solutions and support.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in solar energy technology and incorporate innovative ideas into product development.
  • Support customer inquiries and provide technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to environmental sustainability efforts by implementing energy-efficient and eco-friendly practices in manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in training programs and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance team skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Proven experience in solar energy engineering, product design, or manufacturing (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, components, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling purposes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices in solar energy.
  • Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
