About: Aminika Manpower seeks a driven marketing leader to develop & execute strategies that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our real estate portfolio. Budget: 200k

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Conduct market research & competitive analysis. 
  • Manage marketing budget & brand guidelines. 
  • Generate leads & support sales initiatives. 
  • Create engaging marketing content. 
  • Oversee marketing events & campaigns. 
  • Lead & mentor marketing team .

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns within the real estate sector. 
  • Bachelor's in Marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market. 
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills. 
  • Strong project management & analytical skills. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
