We are seeking a talented and dedicated Account Executive to join our organisation. This is a fulltime IN-HOUSE role who will be responsible for overseeing client projects from concept through execution, ensuring that client needs are met, deadlines are adhered to, and products are delivered to the highest standards. The Account Executive will serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
About the role
- You will assist in formulating sales budget and develop strategies for the achievement of planned sales.
- You are responsible for sourcing for new clients through activations, meetings, referrals, site visits, cold- identifying opportunities for new business development through creating and following up on leads, conducting research on target clients.
- Your will ensure new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- You will manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- You ensure the building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- You shall meeting and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- You shall follow up on Debt collection and ensuring clients pay as per the policy;
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell our IT services.
- You are responsible for conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on our outdoor division and communicate the value proposition to clients.

- You have customer support acumen, business savvy, innovative, an excellent organizing and planning skills
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing Design or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years demonstrable sales experience as an Account Executive or in a client-facing role within the marketing, advertising, or printing industries.
- You have excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of outdoor sales
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly motivated goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
