Role Purpose:
- The Closer is responsible for converting leads from social media, email, and other platforms into sales by establishing strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering customized solutions. They will act as the final step in the sales process, ensuring all potential clients are nurtured and guided to successful closures.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with leads from social media and other platforms to convert them into clients.
- Conduct consultations and present tailored solutions to address client needs.
- Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
