Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the brand.
- Create engaging content and monitor social media performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
- Proficiency with social media and customer service tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with graphic design tools (eg, Canva, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with customer service software (e.g. Zendesk).
- Background in digital marketing or community management.
