Customer Support and Social Media Manager

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the brand.
  • Create engaging content and monitor social media performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
  • Proficiency with social media and customer service tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with graphic design tools (eg, Canva, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with customer service software (e.g. Zendesk).
  • Background in digital marketing or community management.
