Job Summary

As the Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our office. You will handle administrative tasks, support staff, and contribute to a productive work environment. Prior experience in a real estate office is mandatory for this role.

  • Minimum Experience: Degree/Diploma in Literature, Double English, or any related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry Level
  • Experience length: 2 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and written communications.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Monitor and oversee office budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide clerical support to staff and management as required.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

  • Degree/Diploma in Literature, Double English, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical, or related roles.
  • Mandatory experience in a real estate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printer, fax machine, copier).
