Sales and Bookkeeping Support

​​​​​Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage AR/AP
  • Address general queries and oversee expense management.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Xero Accounting software is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with Australian accounting practices is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Power Query in Excel.
  • Experience with Cin7 Core ERP.
