Boreka Group is a locally owned, woman led social enterprise using technology to work with communities to accelerate adoption of nature based solutions for climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts and improve livelihoods. Our goal is to develop sustainable carbon sinks focusing on biodiversity through agroforestry models with community groups. We believe that collective action by communities is key to catalysing climate action for social & environmental impact.

Qualifications:

  • KCSE certificate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Clerical Officer..
  • A valid driving license with a D1 or D2 category, or a PSV license.
  • Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist With organizing and maintaining records related to logistics, such as inventory management, transport scheduling, and documentation.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, sorting, distributing, and ensuring packages reach their intended recipients efficiently.
  • Support office administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Transport staff or goods to designated locations promptly and safely.
  • Ensure the safety of passengers, goods, and the vehicle during trips.
  • Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Perform other assigned duties that may include running errands or courier tasks.
