We hereby invite applications for the position of Farm Manager to work on a farm in Kitale.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:-

  • Should be a graduate from a reputable institution with a degree in Agriculture or related fields.
  • Should be well versed and conversant with open field planting technology and modern Agricultural practices.
  • Should have rich and precise knowledge on chemical application, disease and pest control in coffee farming.
  • Should be conversant with the process of coffee bean production after berry harvest.
  • Should have excellent managerial skills.
  • Should be ready to work and reside on the farm.
  • Should have at least seven (7) years experience in coffee farming from a reputable institution.
