Construction Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Building and Construction, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management, structural design, and site supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Technical qualifications and certifications relevant to the construction industry would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
