Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage hotel operations, budgets, and customer service standards.
  • Experience in staff management, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work with set targets.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations in the hospitality industry.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kakamega.
