- Experience in staff management, training, and performance evaluation.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work with set targets.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kakamega.
