Job Description

• This is the graduate entry level. Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
• Monitoring procedures for record keeping correspondences and file movement;
• Preparing responses to simple routine correspondences;
• Maintaining office diary and managing office protocol;
• Handling telephone calls and appointments;
• Ensuring security of office records, documents and equipment;
• Attending to visitors/clients;
• Planning and schedule meetings; and
• Managing office petty cash.

Job Specifications

• For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Secretarial Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business and Office Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
