PROFILE INTRODUCTION
- Our esteemed client in the Hospitality Industry is currently seeking to recruit a Food & Beverage Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, surpassing guest expectations, promoting high team engagement, and driving increased F&B revenues and profitability. This pivotal role involves managing all facets of restaurants, bars, banqueting, and stores within the establishment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Proficiency in advanced food and beverage management principles, revenue management, and cost control.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Micros Simphony, Materials Control (MC), & Opera PMS.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and effectively leading and motivating teams.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and departmental cost management, including P&L statement analysis.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, including menu engineering and HACCP regulations.
- Ability to establish KPIs, SOPs, forecast stock levels, and collaborate with the Executive Chef.
- Exceptional supervisory, communication, and performance management skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of F&B service experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in a resort setting
- Exceptional service orientation with robust financial acumen
- Profound understanding of hotel business dynamics and strategies to enhance profitability
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly
- Strong leadership abilities to positively influence team members
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strategic thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in planning and executing large events and promotional activities
- Experience in managing departmental OPEX, CCG, CAPEX, and FFE
- Up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with sales account managers
