DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Stay up to date with market dynamics in relations to managing inventories.
- Establishing new business; products and customers.
- Manage sales strategy, monitor execution, and evaluate periodical results.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Conduct a sales competitive analysis of competitors.
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales field visits.
- Negotiating contracts and packages within the company framework demonstrating and presenting products.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Serve as client liaison to ensure timely response to customer needs.
- Monitor customer debts, and credit limits, apply strategies and follow up for payments.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Agribusiness
- 3 years of experience in horticulture or floriculture sales
- Valid Driving license is required
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exposure/experience to a CRM system
