What You'll Do
As the Global Lead of Learning and Development, your primary role will be to lead the team tasked with the professional development of our entire organisation. You will provide high-quality training opportunities which support the growth and development of staff. Your vision and strategy will set the talent growth trajectory, ensuring that our staff are equipped with the skills they need to execute our future goals. You will also be responsible for creating a road map for building optimally efficient training programs, focused on driving advanced execution, improving rising leader excellence, and strengthening overall manager quality.

  • Set the talent growth strategy designed to equip staff with the skills and knowledge they need to execute future goals.
  • Create the road map to building optimally efficient training programs.
  • Lead the team and ensure all Learning & Development goals are linked to outcomes such as better on boarding outcomes for new hires, improvements in staff performance and improved manager quality.
  • Prioritise the team’s operational efficiency, capacity and morale through providing feedback on staff projects.
  • Partner with internal divisions to support the strategy and execution of centralised trainings.
  • Seek out and build relationships with program and team leads across the organisation to deliver effective learning programs.
